MCLE: Ethics Credit: June 1, 12-1 p.m.: Rule 4-100: Preserving Identity of Funds and Property of a Client

The Santa Barbara Barristers are hosting a CLE event on June 1, 2015, presented by Terrence Pricher of Marathon-Records. The event will be held at the Santa Barbara College of law from 12-1 pm.

Mr. Pricher is a lawyer and practitioner who specializes in auditing lawyers trust accounts (IOLTA accounts) and real estate escrow accounts, litigating cases involving IOLTA/escrow accounts, and teaching classes on handling client funds, maintaining proper trust accounts records, establishing a law practice, and real estate law for bar associations, CLE credit, and title insurance companies.

Marathon-Records provides IOLTA One, the only application designed specifically to address the rules-compliant IOLTA record keeping needs of attorneys and title insurers.

UPDATE: This CLE will be valid for 1 hr of Ethics Credit.
